The Binocular Support is both lightweight and easy to handle. Whether you observe in the back garden or a favourite site away from light pollution, moving the Binocular Support will not cause any stress or strain. The one you see in these pictures weighs only 3kg, so it is suitable for observers of all ages. |

Once you have the Binocular Support assembled, just lie down on your mattress and lift it in to position. As long as you have the crossbar set at the right height for your frame it will not need to be altered during an observing session. You may find it necessary to move the Binocular Support lower down the body to observe close to the horizon, but there should be no need for any other kind of adjustment. |

The Binocular Support is also remarkably sturdy. Due to it's compact proportions and low height there is no wobble, swaying, vibration or flexing whatsoever in use. It is totally unaffected by the wind, and whilst I would hesitate to recommend using it in a gale, it can be used when a stiff breeze rules the telescope out. |
